All our clothing, toys, and accessories are made with OEKO-TEX-certified fabrics. We also conduct regular third-party testing to meet the US safety standards for baby and kids products.

All of our products are machine washable on a gentle cycle and can be tumble dried on low. We recommend line drying if possible. Please refer to wash care tags on your products for specific care instructions.

We will issue a refund ASAP. It usually takes 1 to 3 weeks from when the refund request was created for the amount to reflect in your account.
